THE 2012 OLYMPIC OPENING CEREMONY FIREWORK FINALE- VIDEOS MAPPED !
Around half-past midnight on the morning of 28 July 2012, vast numbers of people in Britain, and especially in eastern parts of London, experienced a couple of minutes of true joyfulness. A firework display stretching for more than a kilometre along the River Lea lit up the sky over the Olympic Park, visible from many parts of the city. Many people recorded at least part of the event, and hundreds of them posted the results online. Click on a spark to see a video from that approximate location.
